Like others, I received a lot of these calls over the past few days and assume it's a political organization calling about next week's election. None of the calls left a message, and calling the number back gets an immediate hang up.

Lots of calls in last few days. Agree with other comment, likely political but not identifying themselves so scammy political.

Same call on cell phone several days in a row, without leaving any messages. 916 Is Sacramento, CA so I suspect it's a political call telling me how I must vote in next week's elections. Blocked the number...bye-bye!
