The female asked if I was , and they stated my name. I asked what they wanted and she said she wanted a donation to the Democratic Party. I told her that I was a disabled Veteran in a wheelchair and that I was broke. I also stated that they call me too many times in a day, starting in the early morning and to stop calling me.
