Person claimed to be from the "Electric company" and wanted to help with an overdue bill. She asked for a child in the household instead of the account holder.

Person did not identify herself but somehow has access to Summit County voter records. She asked for "John", I told her I wasn't John and where did she get my number. That's how she got my number, from the voter records. I told her my number never belonged to John.
