Barrister Global, a tech contracting company. Not a scam. They are looking to find contractors in your area to do entry level IT installation work. Things like replacing a cash register (POS) or receipt printer. Usually in places like 7-11, McDonalds, or Dollar General. Sometimes in Sketchy areas. Buyer beware. Once they know you are a live person - they will continue to harass you until you die or change numbers. I never worked for them, but I spoke to them once. I have asked on 6 different occasions to be removed from their call list, and yet they still call....

Barrister Global, a tech cobtracting company. Pre-gig economy. Not a scam. It means you or the previous phone number owner, or, rarely, a wrong number was added for work. Just ask them to remove your number. A lot of not very smart people who think they're smart will go into a paranoid spiral over things like this. This one is fine. Just tell them it's the wrong number, a new number, or if you had cold feet, say you're no longer interested. Simple.
