Not in my contacts If I don't recognize # I'm not answering. I only except calls/messages I have personally have given my information to. Therefore how ever they got my personal info wasn't from Me. If I give my info I will immediately program their info into my contacts. Then I may not answer ones I recognize if its inconvenient. I have a phone for MY convenience. If it's not convenient I'm not answering period.
