Called my business saying that they're spectrum and they provide our internet and phone (They don't provide our phones so I knew it was bs) and then they said they wanted to confirm that spectrum provides our phone/internet. Why would they confirm if they just called and said they were providing it? Was weird if it was spectrum. Was also one of those numbers that when you pick up it's silent and then when you speak it connects you to the person calling.
