Autumn from Spectrum Business called to update the account and asked to speak to two people who are not familiar names. She said she is calling to update the account with the correct information and I said I manage it online and make sure it has the information required to have the service. I thanked her and hung up. I received a call about 2 weeks before and the person said he was going to email which I'm not sure we ever received. Our IT support said it is a scam.
