Got a call from 978-775-6392 with a call back number of 855-842-5862 and a caller ID of "Health Care." Call back claimed to be Express Scripts with an offer for a $100 Walmart gift card upon payment of $3.95 "processing fee." When they asked for my Visa card number as "confirmation," I became suspicious and hung up.
