Per anthem blue cross blue shield It's a SCAM. Shows in message envelope on voicemail as a 978 number. In message call back number is 877-727-0742 & message states "this is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield we have some information we want to share with you."

Its just a survey that you can take if you want. You will only get a call from them if you are enrolled in anthem medicaid and it is not mandatory.

SCAM ALERT DON'T CALL FOLLOWING NUMBERS. INSTEAD call your insurance DIRECTLY with the number provided on your insurance card. Caller ID shows (978)775-2542 in voicemail states: " We are trying to reach _____ (person's name), this is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, we want to share some important information with you. Please call us back at (877)727-0742. I know better so I called Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield directly from the number on my insurance card to verify the numbers. Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield stated that they received several member calls reporting the numbers & that it's a SCAM!
