actually not a scam, for once. I have an account with Regional Home Care and they legitimately call periodically to see if I need more supplies. But they call from a different number each time, and give this 978 number as a callback. Then when I call them back a STUPID A.I. system answers and is completely useless. The good news: it's not a scam for me. The bad news: they have an idiotic phone system.
