This is 100% a scammer and their reputation should be updated to NEGATIVE! This robocaller called me claiming to be Kaiser Permanente and that I owed them money. I’m not even insured by that company! I immediately hung up. If you’ve sent them money, IMMEDIATELY call your bank.

Caller ID said KAISERPERMANENT which should have sent up red flags but I was in a busy store and replied "yes" when asked to confirm my name. Called my carrier and they blocked the number on their end, but hopefully my voice confirmation isn't used for some nefarious purpose that I'm too ignorant to know about. Lesson learned.

Automated TTS voice, had my name, asked for ID confirmation by requesting my DoB, at which point i hung up. Same voice answers when calling number back, and is different from Kaiser Permanente’s pre-recorded answering service (not TTS).

Voicemail was automated and none of the phone numbers they left were linked to Kaiser from the googling I did
