When I looked up this number it shows it was previously used by Invisalign but on 05/31/2020, it was being used by a woman working for Portfolio Recovery Services. I think they often are able to use random previously used numbers and then move on to a new one when people catch on that it's them. They can also use call blocking. But so can I. I thought they had all but given up with calling me finally, but I think somehow adding my information to he IRS non-filer page so that I could get the pandemic stimulus direct deposited and/or the EDD info I had to enter for the EDD PUA payments created some kind of notification for them. After years of finally not hearing from them they are back to actively calling all of a sudden, ever since I signed up for the 2 programs I stated. I'm sure they are hot on the trails of many, many folks since they know many people are receiving guaranteed monies!
