This is an unlisted number for an app based Roadside Assistance Network, as in, your car breaks down and you need a tow truck. Is it a scam? Depends on if you feel that Uber is a scam. Are they trying to scam you? If you need a tow truck and feel like paying a third party to call one for you at a higher rate, no. If you have a tow truck but need customers bad enough to get paid low rates, no.
