This scammer left a message, provided a claim number, stated they were calling about a formal claim and needed to verify the address of residence and place of employment. They mentioned to reach out to 866-200-5422 but could not provide the name of company. When the number that called was called back from a different phone it stated, "This phone number is used for investigation purposes, do not leave a message and hang up."
