SCAM! There is not debt. There is not case number.

They called about a "Case number" and when I looked it up on NIFA/McAllen records. It's a scam. I would not disclose any information as they will try to ask for address and then employment. Once they have your employment, they will call and impersonate authority to gain your banking records. DO NOT GIVE OUT information.

Told a family member they filed charges against me and it was important that they told me to call back. They disclosed all this information to a family member! Legit court matter do not conduct business like this over the phone! I will be reporting this to the Texas AG. Scammers

Said they have a “civil claim filed against me”. Civil courts never call with info like that. Scam!
