This is a total BS scammer. I believe they are based in Asia but pretend to be in the "Jalisco cartel". They send threatening messages and try to call you to scare you into sending them money because you attempted to contact one of their fake escort ads. Totally pathetic. Just block them. The other number they have used is 951-433-9815
