The caller told me that all my school loans can be forgiven. I needs to fill out a application which included not only My address but also social security number. They would process the application and in 72 hours my loans would be forgiven in one week.

Received the following voicemail: "Hi this is Rebecca Jones calling in from the processing department so sorry if you're busy I just had some fantastic news it looks like there's been some significant changes to your federal student load repayment options so if you could give me a call back as soon as possible today that would be great my direct phone number is 949-288-5753 also if you could have your reference number ready that would be awesome your reference number is #### thank you I look forward to speaking with you..."
