Claimed to be with Anthem Blue Cross. Asked to speak to someone who does not live here, and whom we do not know. Even if these people are Anthem, Anthem itself is a scam.

Robocall Spam/phishing from some company called Complex Care Solutions claiming to be calling on behalf of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and then telling you to call some other number. I don't think so. If Anthem wants me to sign up for something, they will call me from their legit photo numbers. I wonder if Anthem is selling our information to other companies to spam us like this.
