A female, speaking American English says "Heeeeey, this is Samantha calling from the tax review unit. I was trying catch you before the October IRS deadline, but it looks like we didn't connect and your file still showing an open" ---- this is where I picked up to tell her she had the wrong number, but it was a recording. At the end of the recording it gave me an option to press 1 or 2 for various reasons. This is where I hung up.
