This is a totally fake home mortgage refinancing scam and they are really just phishing for your personal data and your financial information! The scam recording also begins by telling a lie that "we spoke sometime ago about a refinance on your home but the timing was not good for you." That is a very old scam trick to say that the scammer previously contacted you!!!
