Same experience… it was a recording of a person claiming to have a bad connection. I’m afraid they were trying to get me say the phrases yes, or ok, to scam me…Blocked.

While I have this # blocked, I still show that they attempt to call me 10 - 20 times per day. I did call the # back and the "person" on the other end recognized my name but had a bad connection. "They" seemed to want to keep me on the line for an extended period of time. Fun fact, when I call the # from a different phone, all I get is a busy signal.
