said he was with our local electricity company collections and said we were going to be turned off . i asked for a Bill of the this so-called balance and he said he mailed it to my job on Sept 1 and that my boss should call a number he was to give, this seemed all wrong to me, i then asked, Are you really with the Co or trying to sell my electricity , the line then went dead
