When I answered I said hello x2 no response then the caller hung up

ATT has been calling me for almost 2 months through their 800 number. Endlessly tried to stop them and asked them to remove my number. Then suddenly, it switched to valid numbers calling like this one every day. I think i should drop ATT as my provider.
