This is a scam. They buy old lists and harass people. If you ever get these calls, ask them when they validated the debt and what address did they send it to. They will always hang up - because its all a scam. In the USA< debt collected have to send, by mail, proof of debt. These "companies" do not do that.

I got a text from this number with a case number but no indication on if legal or otherwise and to call Tara at 833-288-5137. When I called, I was put on hold, the lady who answered said Tara was on another call and was directed to take the call. The person she asked was calling did not have the phone number for 6 years years and when I informed her, she straight up hung up on me. I called back and asked why she hung up on me with no explanation, she hung up on me again.

They started texting my family and my husband so I finally called back (already knowing it was probably some sort of collection scam). They tried to bring up something from like 12 years ago. I told them it was paid there was a company system error and I can forward the email and letter from the company. The lady was RUDE and kept saying I had to pay or they'll garnish wages. I came out of my "nice" and told her if they continue to contact friends and family about this matter, or even TOUCH my wages I will sue them for harassment and emotional distress because it's not even legal to collect without a signed contract and I'd bet a million dollars they don't have one and can't furnish one from 12 years ago with a company who has sent me a ton of apology emails. She hung up on me. Can anyone get the company name? I'd love to send an actual letter via certified mail ;-) they won't pick up my calls anymore.

I was contacted by text at 1-928-264-4551. It stated that they are reaching out again about case #POG-------. This is the last time they will try to contact me about this matter. call the office at 833-204-2938. When I called the number it rang and rang. Voice-mail answered and said the mailbox was full and to try again later. I am going to block this number.

STATED THAT THEY HAVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND WILL GARNISH MY WAGES AND BANK ACCOUNT. WANTED TO VERIFY DOB AND SOCIAL WITH MAILING ADDRESS. I CALLED AND REPORTED THAM AND CALLED THEM BACK AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME
