Caller said my verizon account has been suspended for not payment. Checked my account to make sure I hadn't made a mistake and failed to pay on time. My bill showed nothing was due. To reactive my account they wanted me to press 1 and to speak to a customer representative press 2. I hung up and called Verizon. It is a scam
