We build integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems to manage planning & inventory life cycle. We are currently looking for an experienced individual to support in day-to-day operation for master data management, tooling, and process. Top 3 must-have HARD skills: Data analysis and system management experience Project Management Supply chain experience Good to have skills: Working in documentation Cross functional collaboration / global exposure Handling customers Responsibilities: Operation support Monitor dashboard, adding incident tags, extracting data and report for tooling health. Proactively flag risk to the core team. Proactively identify tooling issues in tasks and provide root cause analysis and prompt feedback for each instance. Create and maintain tooling manuals (workflows, tagging, set up requirements and troubleshooting guide). Update tooling configuration, system master data for team lead approval to support operation. Provide Tier 1 on call support for Supply Chain tooling issue triage and troubleshooting. Escalate Tier 2 issues to respective teams and follow up for resolution. Monitor dashboard for all Tier levels to ensure all resolution time SLA are achieved. Process Improvement Support: Value streaming as a process, identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions for simple problems. Monitor and report status. enhancement implementation. Assist on projects to coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), debugging and provide status updates. Create and maintain process/training documentation (update WIKI) Assist with global process/tooling rollout. Minimum experience needed: 5-year experience in Supply Chain, desired to be in areas of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Master Data Management (MDM); System or Tooling Implementation experience Basic project management in system implementations, experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) Data analysis skills- using dashboards to analyze data and report to business Advanced Documentation (i.e Process flows creation, SOP documentation, training guides/manuals) Problem solving skill Experience working with cross functional partners Desired Experience: PLM Tooling Oracle Fusion, Agile, etc. Bill of Materials management Vendor management Advanced in process flow visualisation tools like LucidChart or Visio, Google Sheets/Slides Global exposure About us Established in 2004, SPECTRAFORCE® is one of the largest and fastest-growing diversity-owned staffing firms in the US. Recruiting call sounded off and they wanted to record our interview. So opened email sent from company. The person kept calling me by phone and then wanted to continue corresponding through emails back an forth many times over; which is out of the norm and much delay and purposeful road blocks. Suspicious of the call, decided to read the source code on the email and read scripts he was sending within email being sent to my computer. So probable the many calls to my phone line were robo call related. This organization is said to operate under Spectraforce, (possible legit and scripts sent without his knowledge) also there are ties to LANDLINE device operated by BANDWIDTH.COM CLEC, LLC in addition, there is an artificial intelligence tool (organization) related. DO YOUR RESEARCH!
