Female robot voice, with patient support asking for new address to call back 919-230-8519.

No call, went straight to voicemail. Robotic Female voice saying she was with Mission Support saying that a letter was undeliverable.

They called stating they mailed a statement and patient statements can be confusing. Asked for me to return the call to discuss payment plans. I have not received medical care in years thankfully!
