I just received this voicemail for at least the 7th time in the last few weeks. It's the same pre-recorded message (that's actually pretty believable when you listen to it). The call comes as Unknown, then the voicemail shows the phone #. Apple voicemail transcription: "Hey this is Josh I'm just reaching out to a few folks in your area I'm looking for our next house to buy and I'm specifically looking for homes that might need a little bit of work or they're a little bit dated because what I do is I buy houses as is like for cash and then I fix them up so I'm just seeing if that might be something that you're considering either now or sometime soon so I cover all the closing cause there's no fees and I can work for you know generally around your timeline so if that's something that on your radar can you just shoot me a quick text or give me a call I'd love to chat and see if it could be a good fit thanks so much have a good day..." I believe this is a phishing attempt.
