Called Chase telephone number to book flight using miles. Agent said that they needed to call me back. Return call scammed this number, but they immediately asked for my credit card number - which the bank already had.

Got a message that Chase had refunded over 38K points into my rewards account and claimed it was for a stay in Philadelphia. I had not made any reservation and they wanted me to provide my credit card number. I refused and looked up the phone number for Chase Ultimate Rewards number and it was a different number. Called that number and reported it.
