I just had the same thing happen with the same amount of supposed transaction. This feels like an inside job because they had all the correct information. If you get a call from this number, even though it shows up as "Credit One Bank", hang up and call the number on the back of your card.

Very heavy Indian accent, First said that I had a $918 charge in Alabama, then later stated I had a $948 charge in Alabama. Kept asking for the first four digits of the card and expiration date, but couldn’t give me verification of which card that it was. I have two with Credit one bank. Started getting out of character and belligerent with me and threatening, saying that if I didn’t verify that she would let the charge go through. I told her good, go ahead because I will call the actual credit one bank and dispute it tomorrow. Seven phone calls in three hours. When I have never had a single call from this company in the six years that I have been with them. Lol Scammers!

They told me I had a $500+ charge from Alabama. They knew my personal information! It sounded odd! Found out it was a scam! Just sick!

Very strong accent. Said she was from Credit One Bank stating there were several charges in the $100's on my account. Wanted my expiration date and credit card number. I told her I didn't believe her and was calling the bank directly when she started yelling at me. I hung up on her and she called right back. I rejected the call and contacted the bank directly. As suspected, it was a SCAM!
