The call begins with a pre-recorded message saying they are conducting a political survey. But then a guy, who sounds like he has a thick East Indian accent, asks for your Social Security number "for verification purposes" lol. I can hear lots of people talking behind him, and it definitely sounds like one of those crowded boiler rooms in India filled with phone scammers.
