Said I was "gifted" by an anonymous person to receive 50% of their multi-million $$ lottery prize. They needed my full name, birth date, SS#, address, and mother's maiden name. Lordy.

Phone: 916-365-4352 - Caller ID: CDPH Claimed my number was selected by CA Department of Health and proceeded to boldly ask private medical questions...starting with age first!! Ha ha. Who would really answer private medical information to a complete stranger? Heard of HIPAA? Even though no one is really protected via HIPAA the premise to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed to random robo callers is a great excuse not to share and spread data disease from spreading!
