I had to call them back. They said it was for an appointment reminder. While I have the appointment in my calendar, if I didn’t, the call wouldn’t have helped. Their call didn’t leave a message, so the ever important DATE and TIME would have been lost to a person who was not as prepared as I am. SO WHY CALL AT ALL, WHITE PLAINS HOSPITAL? YOU HAVE NO CALLER ID NAME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NUMBER, YOU DON’T LEAVE MESSAGES, SO PEOPLE WHO BLOCK UNKNOWN NUMBERS WOULD NEVER GET YOUR REMINDER, WOUKD THEY? YOU ARE IDIOTS, WPH!!!
