These people buy old debts from some from 20 years ago and try to collect by harrassing the people from the phone numbers they have on file if you get a call like this report them. They do not believe that I am not the person they are looking for and they keep calling even though I have reported them to the FCC

Caller ID on my phone shows "Portfolio Recovery", but the robocall message is a classic IRS Scam. Do scammers really spoof each other phone numbers?
