Have received several calls from this number. They never leave a message except the occasional "Hello, is any one there? Hello?". No ID or stated purpose. Number search alleges a C. Alquh in Rowland, NC. Comes up under an unreachable URL allegedly associated with the Turkish Government. I assume (IMHO) a political or scam call. Won't know until they actually leave a message. Will not be answering to find out.
