"Scott" called about an overnight package for our General Manager, but he would not give any other information, he hung up when I put him on hold. We are a business and don't send calls to our Management Team if the caller is unwilling to provide specific information. If there is a package coming to our GM, I guess it will arrive, otherwise, we don't need it :)
