Just like others are reporting this is a Telephone Scam collection company, a.k.a. law firm! I was called from unknown number twice today and given the number of 908-396-8353 to contact for reaching the arbitration department. He said he was from Gordon Law Firm in Brooklyn, NY (yes there is a Gordon Law Firm but they only handle family law - I called them). The man, Brad read my email address and address from years ago. He keep telling me there is judgment ready to be filed for a court case in California and they have sent me many letters over the years to my address and email. They are stating that I owe substantial sum of money and that they are not collecting a debt but going after me to make an example of me for debt evasion and 2 other accounts of something of the same nature. They can not tell you when the original debt occurred or for how much - just a long time ago and a small amount. Gave me direct number to call or text of 925-239-0162. Brad had an Indian sounding voice and was demanding my attorney's details and when I said I did not have the money for one then stated that I could file an Out of Court Resolution (OOCR) but would need to write an email (that he had the script for) and then I was to send it to [email protected] for them to stop the court filing by coming to a reasonable settlement by paying today with a credit card. Brad told me if this was approved then this OOCR would stop any legal filing in the court tomorrow, July 19, 2024 at 8 AM! This entire situation is another disgraceful scam! I have not ever taken out a payday loan or cash advance along with having had the same one credit card for over 20 years. Don't Fall For This Scam!!

Telephone Scam collection company, a.k.a. law firm! I was called twice today from 908-396-8353 which is a NJ number regarding a debt from a payday loan company alleging years ago I took loan. He said he was from Phoenix Law Firm and please let me be crystal clear - I have never, ever taken out a payday loan in my entire existence. they read my email address from years ago along with my address. This collection agency, or should I say, alleged law firm, persists in pestering me, and attempting to bully me by asserting there's an ongoing court case in New York where they claim to have served me papers multiple times without success. They are falsely stating that I owe their law firm a substantial sum of money and even called from 925-239-0162 which is a California number asking for a payment. the guy had an Indian sounding voice and was demand my attorney's details to speak on my behalf. And then have the nerve to propose that I can settle everything today by making a payment with a credit card. he said i could make an out of court resolution and the case would not be filed in civil court on July 18, 2024 at 11 AM! This entire situation is nothing short of a disgraceful scam, and I've reached my limit! this happened once before where i was actually nervous and caught off guard and i paid a small amount. I am very aware of this scam now and I'm tired of this harassment from where I stand. This has to stop and please beware. People information should not be easily obtained for anyone.

Telephone Scam collection company, a.k.a. law firm I've been plagued by this maddening call for a whopping 4 years now regarding a debt from a payday loan company back in 2009. Let me be crystal clear - I have never, ever taken out a payday loan in my entire existence. I've been a notary public for more than two decades here in Boston, self-employed. This collection agency, or should I say, alleged law firm, persists in pestering me every few months, attempting to bully me by asserting there's an ongoing court case in Massachusetts where they claim to have served me papers multiple times without success. They are now starting to contact my neighbors and family members, inquiring about my whereabouts and falsely stating that I owe their law firm a substantial sum of money. They even have the audacity to demand my attorney's details to speak on my behalf. And then have the nerve to propose that I can settle everything today by making a payment with a credit card. This entire situation is nothing short of a disgraceful scam, and I've reached my limit! I've spoken to the authorities, and it seems there's little they can do. This has escalated into harassment from where I stand.

This number called me 5 times in a row didn't answer because I don't answer unknown phone numbers they just keep calling and never leave a message if it was an important call you'd figure that when people don't answer they would leave a message but they don't
