Scammers! Not an official FL Blue number. DO NOT call back. Florida Blue had a data leak in 2025. The people wanting you to call them back are scammers. They are looking to verify your name, dob, ssn#, etc. Don't fall for it. Don't call them, and don't give them anything.

The caller ID said 'Healthcare' so I was unsure why I had put such a vague ID for my insurance. well I screwed up and gave them my name but when they asked for my home address or phone number I realized it was fishy, waited for them to talk again and they said "call back at (the same number) to discuss these options. I thought it had to do with my recent change in qualifications for having a Case Manager assigned to me. Note that the 'old lady' voice that called did make a verbal mistake and correct herself, but that's scripted. I tried talking over her and she just prattled on so I realized this was fake and I just gave a name that was then associated with my number. RIP me.

I contacted (the real) Florida Blue and verified this is NOT one of their numbers. It is some kind of scam "claiming" to be Florida Blue.
