They asked me to verify my personal information so they could insure it was me. I told them I couldn't verify it was really Florida Blue. They gave me a number to call back to verify it was them. It was a number that was not listed on Florida Blue's website. I hung up and called Florida Blue and they had no record of anyone making a call to me. Scam or dysfunctional insurance company?? I don't know.
