Called claiming to be "Florida Blue". Wouldn't tell my husband why she was calling "until she could get some information to verify who he was. 100% phishing scam. Everything she said is in complete violation of what the Florida Blue website says they will say if they call.

THIS PERSON CALLED A MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY USING AT MY PHONE NUMBER. SHE SAID THAT SHE WANTED TO TALK TO THAT MEMBER OF THE FAMILY AND WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK WITH HER. BEWARE THEY MAY BE PHISHING FOR INFORMATION.
