The first time he called I actually answered because the caller ID stated Baldwin and I have some business in that area. He asked if I had received the complaint documents that had been filed against me (no) and then told me to call R. G. Law Offices at 866-240-7667 and reference a case number he gave me by the end of the day or the case would escalate (my word) against me, that the call was my official notification. I did not call that number and today (the very next day) he called again and left a message with the same information--that I would have to contact them by the end of the day or they would proceed with the case against me. I intend to ignore this SPAM activity that tries to sound official and uses scare tactics. I am grateful for sites like this one that helps regular folks warn each other about nefarious activity. VM left saying “this is Gary Maynard with RG/RTLegal and I am a process server. I am calling to verify you will be home between 2-6pm today or tomorrow as the documents require a signature.” A phone number starting with 866-129- was lefy but I couldn’t hear the complete number to google it. But phone number it came from says Baldwin FL and YouMail reports as a scam
