Had you not told me to stop paying my mortgage I would have not fallen behind two months and would still be ca month behind but could catch up with two payments some time Deon I would not be selling it but now I have the worst credit anyone could have I doubt I will be able to even rent with my score so low thanks for your concerns.

My Caller ID said "quicken loans". But the caller was some Indian dude who could barely, just barely, speak English. I don't think a reputable company like Intuit would hire someone who can barely communicate to represent them! lmfao And I don't do business with Quicken anyway!
