Message thirteen that my signature is required on some legal documents , blah blah blah. Same as in the other comments above... Threatening legal action or further legal Action I just wish that these losers would get a real job like everyone else and Work for their money like we do. I guess they think that harassing people on the telephone and scamming people out of their hard-earned money is a job. NO RESPECT

Failure to contact us immediately could result in further legal action." I have gotten 2 messages. I have nothing in or going to collections. No legal action pending.

Multiple voicemail messages claiming to be calling for (says full name) that require your signature for legal documents (unspecified); threatens further legal action if you do not respond "immediately", to the number given. No identification of who/what organization. Obviously a scam.

Received this call today, 03/12/2025 @12:36pm. Phone rang once and went straight to voicemail. The voicemail said (male robo voice), "This call is to notify (full name) that this is our first attempt to serve you a notice of action pertaining to legal documents that require your signature for further details regarding your involvement contact our office at 888-964-0780. Failure to contact us immediately could result in further legal action."

On 3/12/2025 received a call from # 888-964-0780 stating the following on the voicemail “This call is to notify (my full name) upon that this is our first attempt to serve you a notice of action pertaining to legal documents that require your signature for further details regarding your involvement contact our office at 888-964-0780 failure to contact us immediately could result in further legal actions…”
