Said there was a hold on my credit union card and i checked there isn’t one!

Legit. Tried to buy something on a service called “Only fans” didn’t work. Next day got a call from this number, they left a voice mail. They correctly addressed me by name were calling on behalf of my bank, which they also named correctly. Then left a case number. Called back, they asked for the case number, and name, for verification. Then told me it was because I tried to purchase Onlyfans, with the card xxxx. Which was correct. Never asked me for social or card details.

This number is a scam. They identified the credit union, but I didn't call the number back because it wasn't listed on my card or the credit union's website. I called the number listed on my credit union's website and they said everything is fine.

Not sure if this number is a scam or spam. They identify themselves as the “Fraud Department with Cardmember Services”. They ask for your account number but refuse/are unable to tell you what Bank or Card Company they are with.
