Called as PayPal rep trying to get credit card, bank account and debit card information.

Called saying someone was trying to change my number and asked me to confirm

Caller had the first 6 numbers to my credit card. Asked me for the expiration date. Then asked me to verify the rest of the numbers. Said someone in two different states were trying to use my card. He said they were going to cancel my card and send me a new one. Caller got frustrated when I refused to give them the rest of the numbers off the card.
