They say that this is my final chance every day that I can call them back or they’re going to proceed legally. It’s a case they’ve been building up. It’s so bad. Definitely a scam.

I get a "final" call once or twice a day now. If they had a real case against you with a real chance of winning they would just file the lawsuit. It just like the police are not going to call you and warn you that they are on the way to arrest you and give you chance to get away. So go ahead. File that lawsuit. I'll see you in court.

Do not send these scammers money. They try to scare you with some sort of investigation. I have zero debt. They have some accurate information. They have probably hacked medical records insurance records or something. Do not let them fool you.

Called telling me that they were trying to serve me some papers and that if I didn't call in a timely manner further legal action would be taken. I am so tired of these calls this call is as old as crap. Been getting them off an on since 1998 and it's always the same. It's nothing but a scam and honestly they need to either go ahead and find me and serve me in person if this is real or leave me and my parents alone. It causes them to get stressed and unfortunately they believe anything if it is not face to face with someone.
