Alright so I see everyone saying this is a scam, and it did seem kind of weird that spectrum was calling me. My internet has been off for a few days since I had an overdue balance of $180. They called from this number asking why I haven’t paid and if I’d like to continue service with them. I told them I don’t have the money for it right now but I’ll pay it when I can. I didn’t want to terminate services with them. Anyways, they ended up eliminating half of what I owed, splitting up the rest of it over the next 12 months, and then lowering my monthly bill by about $40 per month. They turned my internet back on the same day. It all checked out so I’m not sure why everyone is saying this number is a scam. It’s actually spectrum internet customer service.
