Answered and a lady was very hesitant and acted like she didn’t know what she was trying to say. I kept saying who is this and she finally said she was Debbie from United States Document Services. She had my real name and said that a complaint had been filed against me. I said I’m not interested and hung up on her. She called back and left a voicemail and hesitated a lot in her voicemail she was like “ I’m not trying to sell anything(hesitates a few seconds) I am from US document services and am calling about a complaint and a file that was sent to us from an agency.(hesitates a few seconds again) Says case number and says call back immediately and message is cut off in middle of number she is trying to give for callback. Then she calls and this time it’s as if she is reading from a script “Hi. This is Debbie from US document services and I am calling about a complaint made against (my name). We have received your file from an agency and have papers to be delivered from your file that you must sign for. If they cannot be delivered then we will deliver them at your verified place of employment(Gotta laugh at that one cause I don’t work I am a housewife) To stop further action from being taken please call back the agency that has filed this complaint immediately at 888-803-3654. Case number 54328. This call has been recorded to assure an attempt was made to resolve this complaint. Big scam!!!

A voicemail said she has documents regarding my file that are ready to be sent out. That i need to sign the delivery or they will reach out to my place of employment. In order to stop further actions to be taken, they want me to call 888-803-6548 and that the call was recorded. So same scenario as thr previous situation... no info on issue, company etc. They had my first and last name. When I called back, no one answered!

They had my SSN and a credit card name from at least 30 years ago. Said it was a law office that has been given my “file”. And that they had documents to ship for me to sign. This is the second time they try this scam on me. The first time they said they were calling about and unpaid utility bill. They had wrong currant address but they did have part my SSN.

Said she was Debbie from US Documents department kept calling and leaving voicemails saying my husbands name had been sent to their agency and they had documents from his file to deliver and to call them back immediately to avoid action being taken. She was hesitant and sounded unsure of what she was trying to say, she tried to sound professional but could tell it was a scam
