Scammers that try to intimidate you by saying your name over and over again and say they will be going to your place of work. I reported them to the FCCa and local FBI office.

These guys called my number asking for my mom and saying that a lawsuit is filed and ready to be served in the next coming days. Also that it’s being filed in Miami county (which we’ve never been there at all). It’s almost verbatim to what that comment said. Strong indicators of scams.

Has all the hallmarks of a debt collection scam or a junk debt buyer. Received the following message, following the usual script from these organizations. This message is intended for <name>. My name is Donna Kramer and I'm calling in regards to Oakland County. This call is to advise that documentation is being prepared to be dispatched out for service as of tomorrow and you will need to be available to accept and sign for this. Now, if we're unable to reach you at your home address, an attempt will be made at your place of employment and or secondary contact on file in order to reschedule or further detail is needed. Regarding this case, you must contact the issuing department at 888 8031776. When calling, please reference your file number. <XXXXXX>. Be advised that if contact is not made by end of day today, we will proceed accordingly and decisions will be made on your behalf. You have been notified. I called them and didn't understand the company name fully, and asked them to repeat it. Was placed on hold for several minutes. When the rep returned, I repeated my request to repeat the organization name, rep got snarky and hung up on me.
