I received this voice mail twice so far. 1st, I'm not Karen Miller, with no health insurance, and no medical procedure to do. 2nd, last time the call said procedure is denied and this time says approved. I can't 100% sure this is a spam call, maybe it's right person with wrong number. Suggestion to everyone, if you think any strange (or cold) call is really for you, never ever call back this 1-888 number or from the caller ID, always search and call directly to the official phone number from your reliable source, such as official websites, insurance card, doctor office, etc. Hope this help!

Automated voice call that did not identify who they were or what they wanted. Caller ID did not identify the source. The number called a relative 3 times with an unlisted number to confirm my identity. No trust in a number that does not show up on caller ID nor does the automated voice identify a source. Question is why this number calls a relative to identify me? Its on a block list now.

Got a call today from these people and thought it was a scam. It's not. This company provides services to many insurance companies like Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, etc. They just wanted to tell me that the radiology services my doctor ordered was approved. I think they will also call when not approved. I did some research before calling them back. They did ask for my insurance card number so they could look me up in the computer. Told me the doctors name who ordered it, what it's for, and the dates it's good for.

Recording left by this number said it was Evicore. This call was to confirm an upcoming medical procedure on behalf of Medicare. The person they were calling does not live at the number called. Never even heard of the person before. I called the number back to tell them they called the wrong number. The number took me to a company that was not Evicore. Sounded like a legitimate business. Someone seems to have spoofed the number.

Don't know who it was from as no name was given, but the caller ID was "800 Service". Asked for a person by name. Stated that authorization was approved by "doctor" (no name given) for medical procedure. (No medical procedure in known of, or needed) Stated "It is a Mandatory call" and "Government regulations requires this call" All signs of a scam. Glad I didn't answer!
